Terms of service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Azorly's terms of service: what is included, each party's responsibilities, billing, cancellation, intellectual property and limitation of liability.

The service

Azorly provides a digital phone assistant that answers a business's calls according to the characterization the owner defines, documents calls and sends summaries. The service is provided as-is as cloud software and is updated from time to time.

Account and characterization

The business owner is responsible for the accuracy of the characterization (services, prices, hours, handling rules). The assistant acts only on that information; wrong or missing information may lead to wrong answers. Run a test call after any material change.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the service to mislead (for example presenting the assistant as human when asked directly), for advertising calls or messages without consent, to collect card details or passwords by phone, or for any unlawful purpose. Azorly may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Call recording

The business owner confirms they are a party to the business's calls and consents to recording, and that the recording notice at the start of each call stays enabled. If the owner disables it, full responsibility for the legality of recording passes to them.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly per the published price list, before VAT. Minutes beyond the plan allowance are billed at the stated rate. The trial is free; afterwards the account pauses unless a plan is chosen. Cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

Availability and liability

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability, but the service depends on external telephony and AI providers. Azorly is not liable for indirect damage, lost revenue or unanswered calls caused by an outage, and its liability is capped at the amount paid in the three months before the event.

Intellectual property and data

The software, brand and voices belong to Azorly or its providers. Business and call data belong to the business owner, who can export and delete it at any time. Azorly receives a license to use the data only to provide the service.

Governing law

Israeli law governs these terms. The courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
